Spinning Division

Pursuant to the Business Transfer Agreement entered into between Xpro India Limited and CLC GLobal Limited, the Spinning Division of XPRO India Limited located at Solapur in the State of Maharashtra comprising of a 100% export oriented unit to manufacture high quality cotton yarns for exports has been transferred to CLC Global Ltd. with effect from October 21, 2003.
